to me

Your butt isn't the only thing that farts...

Your mouth does too.

In fact, I knew a guy who got fired for bad breath.

Yup... fired for bad breath.

His boss never admitted that he fired him for his breath.

But everyone knew.

Little did he know that he didn't actually have bad breath...

He was farting.

Out his mouth.

His poop was literally marinating in his gut and wafting up through his mouth.

And despite everything he did to stop his bad breath...

Brushing his tongue,

Chewing Gum,

Breath sprays,

He still couldn't get rid of the smell.

And he was fired because of it.

Now, if this sounds a little too familiar...

Then chances are you have the same problem.

And your stinky breath is a sign that your body is screaming for a detox.

So you can flush that poop out...

Remove those harmful toxins...

And get your breath and body back to being "squeaky clean."

Well, the good news is that we're having a massive sale on our Detox Bundle.

And when you order a bottle of Infinite Cleanse...

You get the other two bottles (Sea Moss Advanced & Apple Cider Vinegar)

For FREE.

Not only that...

But we're also tossing in a $15 gift card that you can use and apply to any future order.

And you'll ALSO get a supplement travel organizer.

That way you can conveniently fit 7+ days of supplements in your pocket or purse so you never miss a single day without giving your body the nutrients it's screaming for.

But there is one problem:

This sale ends TONIGHT.

And if you don't secure your order of the Detox Bundle today...

You'll miss out entirely.

So tap here now to secure your Detox Bundle (while supplies last)

And have a blessed day...

this is funny

 Dear Kansas Turnpike Authority,

I am writing to you today to bring to your attention an important issue that I believe deserves consideration. As you are no doubt aware, the safety of motorists on the Kansas Turnpike is of paramount importance, and it is imperative that steps be taken to ensure that all drivers are obeying traffic laws and driving responsibly.

With this in mind, I would like to draw your attention to a particular scene in the classic film The Godfather, in which the character Sonny Corleone is tragically killed in a hail of bullets while driving on a toll road. As a viewer of this film, I couldn't help but think that if Sonny had a K tag, he would still be alive today.

As you know, a K tag is a form of electronic toll collection that allows drivers to pass through toll booths without stopping to pay. This not only saves time for motorists, but also reduces the likelihood of accidents and other incidents that can occur when drivers have to slow down or come to a complete stop at toll booths.

In the case of Sonny Corleone, it is clear that his need to stop and pay the toll at the booth contributed to his untimely demise. Had he been able to simply pass through the booth with a K tag, he may have been able to avoid the ambush that ultimately led to his death.

While I realize that this is a fictional scenario, I believe that it underscores the importance of promoting safe driving practices on the Kansas Turnpike. By encouraging more drivers to use K tags, you can help to reduce the risk of accidents and other incidents that can occur when drivers are forced to stop at toll booths.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that you will consider taking steps to promote the use of K tags on the Kansas Turnpike.

Sincerely,

The Godfather

More research is needed to fully understand resveratrol.

To: Wine Drinkers From: Trudy Subject: Resveratrol Resveratrol is a natural compound found in some plants, such as grapes, blueberries, and peanuts. It is often promoted for its potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Here are some key points to keep in mind when considering resveratrol:

1. Potential benefits: Resveratrol has been suggested to have a range of potential health benefits, such as protecting the heart, reducing inflammation, and lowering the risk of certain types of cancer.

2. Sources: Resveratrol is found in a variety of foods, but the highest concentrations are found in red wine and grapes.

3. Dosage: There is no established optimal dosage of resveratrol, but studies have used dosages ranging from 150 milligrams to 5 grams per day.

4. Safety: Resveratrol is generally considered safe when consumed in food. However, there is limited research on the long-term effects of taking resveratrol supplements, so it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before taking them.

5. Limitations: While some studies have suggested potential benefits of resveratrol, others have shown no significant effects.

More research is needed to fully understand the potential benefits and limitations of resveratrol. Overall, resveratrol is an interesting compound that has been the subject of much research. However, more studies are needed to determine its true potential and any risks associated with its use.

Buy a carton of the smokes you are smoking or your favorite cigarettes. Store the carton in the freezer. Tobacco will stay fresh in the freezer for long periods of time. Look at this as your bank account of smokes. Your mind will be at ease knowing you can tap your bank for a pack when needed. The idea you have to stop at the store or go out of your way will go away changing the habit.

Now pick a mantra to use for meditation to help change your mind and the habit that triggers the desire to smoke. Mine was "this is killing me" "smoking is killing me" "this cigarette is going to kill me" - because they are and you need to be honest with yourself to change the behavior.

I quit cold turkey with a carton in the freezer half full. It stayed there for around a year before I was sure to get rid of it. Smoking was the hardest drug "nicotine" is so addictive and your friend when up or down. I smoked for a total of six or seven years. I started in my early 30s when I was trying to quit drinking. these years were broken up so many times to trying to quit.

I was able to quit forever almost 10 years ago coincidentally about the time I got divorced. Yes, I still think about smoking and I remember   "this cigarette is going to kill me". You have to embrace satisfaction and consider longevity is more important.

Dying is a choice. The lifestyle we chose determines our time on earth. I can tell you about eternal life and believers live their lives today as if we are going to live forever.

Breath easy.

A Chinese client once told me every step in a staircase adds 7 seconds to your life.

This is what each cigarette takes from your life.

11 minutes
Every cigarette a woman smokes reduces her life by 11 minutes. Each carton of cigarettes thus represents a day and a half of lost life. Every year a woman smokes a pack a day, she shortens her life by almost 2 months.

Mentor and Friend

Mace Siegel, Prominent CC/BUS Alumnus, Dies

Founder of the MaceRich Company, a national developer and operator of shopping malls, dies at 86 in his home in Beverly Hills.

 Siegel in 2009 in Lakewood

Mace Siegel, Columbia College and Columbia Business School alumnus and real estate magnate, died October 26th at his home in Beverly Hills. He was 86.

With Richard Cohen, Siegel founded the namesake shopping-mall development company in 1964 in New York City, combining their first names and naming it Macerich.
The company established a headquarters in Ames, Iowa, finding a niche as a redeveloper of shopping centers, ultimately moving to Santa Monica to oversee the rehabilitation of an outdated mall in Lakewood.  Siegel retired from the company in 2008.

Born Sept. 1, 1925, in Jersey City, N.J., in Jersey City, N.J., and serving in the Navy during
World War II, Siegel attended Columbia University after the war, graduating from Columbia College in 1948 then studying at the Columbia School of Business. In 1962 Siegel met his future wife, Jan, a big band singer on a blind date at New York's Aqueduct racetrack and they married three months later.

The two horse lovers purchased their first racehorse in 1964 and named the filly Najecam, which is "Mace" and "Jan" combined and spelled backward. By the mid-1970s, they had the first of dozens of stakes winners.
Among their best-known horses were 2004 male juvenile champion Declan's Moon and grade I stakes winners Boys at Tosconova, I Ain't Bluffing, Urbane, Stormy But Valid, Miss Iron Smoke, Hedonist, and I Believe in You. Other stars included Arson Squad, Rail Trip, Forest Fealty, and Love of Money.  In October of 2011, Redeemed won the Oklahoma Derby at Remington Park.  Other major race winners include Rail Trip, who took the prestigious Hollywood Gold Cup in 2009, and Urbane, who won races in the mid-1990s in Florida, Maryland and Delaware, earning more than a million dollars for the Siegels.

The Siegel family settled in Beverly Hills in 1976 and became fixtures on the Southern California racing circuit. Jan was as enthusiastic about racing as her husband.

In the early 1980s Siegel, considered a godfather of Southern California horse racing for his role as an advocate for the sport, founded the Thoroughbred Owners Against Drugs to press for equine drug testing and other measures to ensure a fairer playing field.
He also made generous donations to the California Retirement Management Account (CARMA) for retired racehorses, and supported the charitable Edwin Gregson Foundation.  Beyond racing, Siegel's philanthropy included the City of Hope cancer center.

When CARMA was just getting started in 2008, Siegel stood up at a fundraiser and pledged $200,000, then challenged other industry participants to show their support for racehorse retirement programs. In 2008, he and daughter Samantha were honored by the Edwin J. Gregson Foundation for their industry leadership and charitable giving. Earlier this year, Siegel pledged $1.5 million to the City of Hope in Duarte, Calif., to endow a professorship. He and wife Jan were longtime supporters of the City of Hope, a leading research, treatment and education center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. A wing of the hospital is named in honor of Jan Siegel, who died from cancer in 2002.

Siegel had 50 years of experience in the shopping center business. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Macerich Co. from September 1993 to September 4, 2008 and Director and Chairman Emeritus from September 2008 to June 8, 2009.

Macerich owns and operates 70 regional shopping centers around the country with 22 shopping centers in California, 12 of which are in the SoCal area including:
the Westside Pavilion in West LA, the newly rebuilt Santa Monica Place, the Stonewood Center in Downey, Paseo Nuevo in Santa Barbara, Panorama Mall, Pacific View in Ventura, The Oaks in Thousand Oaks, Northridge Mall, Los Cerritos Center, Lakewood Center, La Cumbre Plaza in Santa Barbara, and the Inland Center in San Bernardino.

Siegel is survived by his daughter, Samantha, of Beverly Hills, and his son, Evan, of Simi Valley.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles.

JAMIE OLIVER WINS AGAINST McDonald's

McDonald's loses the legal battle with chef Jamie Oliver, who proved that the food they sell is not fit to be ingested because it is highly toxic.

Chef Jamie Oliver has won a battle against the world's largest junk food chain. Oliver proving how burgers are made.

According to Oliver, the fat parts of meat are "washed" with ammoniac hydrogen and then used in the packaging of the meat "cake" to fill the burger. Before this process, according to the presenter, already this meat was not suitable for human consumption.

Oliver, a radical activist chef, who has waged a war against the food industry, says: We’re talking about meat that would be sold as dog food and after this process it’s served to humans. In addition to the quality of meat, ammonium acid is harmful to health. Oliver says this: "The process of the pink shit".
What sane human being would put a piece of meat soaked in ammonium hydrogen in the mouth of a child?

In another of his initiatives Oliver has demonstrated how chicken nuggets are made: after selecting the "best parts", the rest: fat, skin, cartilage, visuals, bones, head, legs, are subjected to a mec split smoothie canica - it's the euphemism that engineers use in food, and then that blood pink paste is deodorant, bleached, re-refreshed and repainted, dipped in flour and fried melcocha, this is left in usually partially hydrogenated oils, that is, toxins.

The food industry uses ammonium hydrogen as an anti-microbial agent, which allowed McDonald's to use meat in its burgers, which is not suitable for human consumption.

But even more disturbing is the situation that these substances based on ammonium hydrogen are considered 'lawful components in the production process' in the food industry with the blessings of health authorities worldwide o. So consumers will never be able to discover what substances they put in our food.
